Ghee- the actual benefits

Ghee is a great way to enjoy a curry. It is packed full of flavour. Most people think Ghee is bad for you. However in small quantities it is a great source of minerals. When you get your book which is due July 2021 you can use Ghee to create authentic dishes with a scent of India and Pakistan.

Ghee is clarified butter. Sound unhealthy but it does have some greatness in it. Most locals in India and Pakistan like it on their breads and in curries. It you do not like the scent of Ghee then opt for olive oil, or vegetable/sunflower oil. You could even opt for water to create a curry! the choice is yours.
